Salon Policy

HEALTH POLICY

If you are sick or have symptoms, your hairstylist must be notified and your appointment should be rescheduled. If you arrive at your appointment and appear sick, the appointment will be canceled. Please be considerate of all others in the facility. 

SCHEDULING

  • Appointments that result in a No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% of service charge fee.
  • Same-Day Cancellations will result in a 100% service charge fee.
  • Please do not be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the Same Day Cancellation Fee.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on service charges or product sales.
